Regional Public Safety Services (RPSS) was founded and is led by Marc Haygood, Commander of Operations, with the vision of building a professional public safety organization centered on reliability, accountability, sound judgment, and service.

Commander Haygood’s experience in the private security and public safety field spans field operations, specialized assignments, officer training and development, supervision, and administrative leadership. Through these roles, he developed a commitment to providing dependable security services while establishing high standards for the personnel entrusted with protecting clients, properties, and communities.

At 24 years old, Commander Haygood took the next step in that mission by launching Regional Public Safety Services—creating an organization designed not only to provide clients with security they can count on, but also to provide security and investigative professionals with an agency they can call home, opportunities for professional growth, and a clear path toward advancement.

RPSS is built around a simple principle: public safety requires more than a physical presence. It requires trained personnel, effective communication, professional leadership, accountability, and the ability to respond when clients need us most.
